Pharmacogenomics Service Set Up and Delivery Training for Community Pharmacists
This course has been designed for community pharmacists planning to provide a pharmacogenomics testing service. Based on evidence provided from similar services delivered in other countries and a detailed understanding of the barriers and enablers associated with PGx delivery, it will prepare individuals for the role and give them the confidence to deliver the service effectively. Broken down into bite size pieces, self-assessment questions are provided at the end of each section to enable learners to recognise their progression and identify any further learning needs. Finishing with clinical case studies it is designed to ensure that practitioners can respond to complex scenarios where actions may not be immediately obvious. Learners are encouraged to provide feedback to enable us to revise and improve the course are more individuals experience it. We hope you enjoy it.
